Invisible Worlds

THE INTUITIVE BODY

A Retreat for the Feminine

Nature Immersion in Summer to return to Earth-based ways of knowing

Wednesday July 8th - Sunday July 12th

With Cultural Researcher & Artist Alisa Reimer (M.A.) & Friends

This is a retreat for women and all who identify as women, held at the edge of the forest in Märkische Schweiz, just outside Berlin, beside a turquoise-blue lake long known to draw artists, visionaries, and poets. Over five days, we explore intuition as an embodied, mythopoetic way of knowing through shared practice and contact with the animate world.

Opening a space to return to Earth-based wisdom in times of change, this gathering invites a deepening of intuition rooted in relationship with the land and experienced through a feminine perspective. Through a carefully held constellation of practices, nature immersion, ritual, storytelling, and song, we enter ritual and mythic time.

This is for Women who

  • feel called to refine their work/offering/message informed by Earth-based wisdom, care, and response-ability.

  • want to experience their body as a portal to the invisible worlds.

  • feel that their art or creative expression is a response to the times we are living in.

  • want to find out what is theirs to contribute to the world.

  • are looking for forms of rest and renewal that feel sustainable, and beyond quick-fix wellness culture.

  • long to experience resilience and strength through communion with others and the more-than-human world.

Earth-based Intuition

Do we know the stories of this land, the plants, the names of the trees? Do we sense who walked here before, before histories were interrupted or silenced?

In this retreat, we approach the feminine body as a living, Earth-based portal, where intuitive knowing unfolds through direct relationship with land, season, and cycle. We also gently enter the ways of the ancients of these lands through storytelling and myth-making.

Embodied and Earth-based intuition does not separate the individual from the whole. It flourishes in connection with the body, the collective, and the more-than-human world, and orients us toward ways of living that are reciprocal, responsive, and life-supporting for all.

THE THEME

The Intuitive Body

An invitation to return to the feminine body as a portal to intuitive knowing.

“The doors to the world of the wild Self are few but precious.”

—Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estés

Intuition is an ancient sense, carried in the body and beyond modern day consumer culture it is less concerned with what is best for the individual alone, and more attuned to what is coherent, responsive, and alive within the whole.

Held in the brightness of this time of year, this retreat opens a space to re-attune to this way of knowing as it unfolds in relationship with the greater web of life. We approach the feminine body as a portal to the invisible worlds, where perception deepens and subtle forms of intelligence can be felt and trusted.

This deepening into embodiment supports clarity, trust, and a sense of orientation in both our personal lives and in what we bring into the world.

About Alisa

I am a Berlin based degreed cultural researcher (M.A.), multi-disciplinary artist and educator. My spiritual journey began as a 11 year old girl, when my grandmother gave me a historic book about pagan traditions in Europe. It was a key moment, as it opened my imagination to the invisible worlds.

In 2024, I launched the Invisible Worlds Study Program, offering online learning environments that engage the senses, prioritize experiential learning, and combine critical thinking with intuitive embodiment, creative practice and ritual art.
